BIRTHDAYS

ONE-IN-A-MELON

This one year old was truly one-in-a-melon, so for her first birthday we provided watermelon themed activities, cake, decorations, and party bags.

BABY SHARK

This 2 year old was obsessed with Baby Shark. We provided themed activities, cupcakes, treat bags, and personalized family shirts for her 2nd birthday

FOUR-EVER WILD AND WILD ONE

These siblings have back to back birthdays which calls for a joint party. This party theme was based on the book Where the Wild Things Are. We provided smash cakes, cupcakes, month picture display, plates, silverware, and balloon arch/garland.

TAYLOR SWIFT THEMED 13TH BIRTHDAY PARTY

This party was full of TS style! The party included customized VIP passes, a friendship bracelet making station, temporary tattoos, a photo backdrop with props, party favors, a cake, and a viewing party of the Eras Tour.

ROARING INTO TERRIBLE TWOS AND 5-REX DINO THEMED JOINT PARTY

This party was totally RAWR-some! We had a blast providing decorations, table settings, table cloths, serving dishes, utensils, cups, food signs, cakes, and cupcakes. This sibling party also included 4 activities planned and created by us – dino bone digging exploration, hat decoration, dino sensory bin, and frozen dino thawing in a water table. This package also included personalized outfits for the birthday kiddos and themed treat bags for their guests – grow a dino experiment, handmade dino crayons, dino temporary tattoos, and a dino pop-it fidget toy. The family provided food, drinks, and the venue (their yard and garage). It was also Dad’s birthday so we let him sneak in a few non-dino themed cupcakes just for him!

FUNDRAISERS

CHRISTMAS SPIRITS

This Christmas themed fundraiser helped raise money for special education in Catholic Schools in Central Illinois. We helped plan, coordinate, and fundraise for the event. We provided decorations, signage, fliers, advertisement images, a slideshow for the event, and set up and tear down services for the event in addition to planning the event and contacting possible donors in town to aid in fundraising.

BRIDAL SHOWERS

TRAVEL THEMED

This military couple has lived in many locations so we planned her bridal shower around their travels. We provided silverware, centerpieces, travel themed décor, and party favors.

POTTERY PAINTING BRIDAL SHOWER

This small bridal shower was thrown at a ceramics painting location that allowed the guests to bring in food and drinks. We supplied place settings, florals, and table décor.

BACHELORETTE PARTIES

POTTERY AND A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

This Bachelorette Party started at a pottery painting, then moved to dinner, and then to a casino and hotel. We took care of the reservations, decorations at the pottery venue (table cloths, florals, food signs, water bottle labels, personalized letter board). We also provided serving dishes, napkins, plates, cups, personalized disposable cameras, and gift bags (can koozies, personalized cups, sunglasses, homemade lavender body scrub, and scrunchies – all customized to colors and theme). Guests supplied food and drinks.

BABY SHOWERS

BABY IT’S COLD OUTSIDE

This couple celebrated their first baby with a winter woodland themed shower. We provided desserts, decorations, centerpieces, games, and signage. This couple chose to have an outfit display for new outfits for their new addition. They also chose to have a diaper raffle and have guests bring books for their sweet baby rather than cards.

BABY SHOWER

This couple got ready to welcome their beautiful baby girl with their closest family and friends. We provided the decorations, the supplies to make headbands for the sweet new addition tot heir family, and the cake with matching cupcakes.

BABY SPRINKLE

This couple celebrated their second baby with a donut themed sprinkle party. The donut board held real donuts (pictures taken before arrival of real donuts). We provided donut board, bunting, donut decorations, confetti, plates, and napkins.

GRADUATION PARTIES

MASTERS OF EDUCATION GRADUATION

This smart cookie graduated from University of Illinois with a Master’s in Education, so we planned the theme around the school colors. We provided centerpieces, card box, plates, napkins, and the customized decorative sign.

RETIREMENT PARTIES

A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS

This retiree was a teacher for 30+ years and loves all things books. It was held at a botanical garden to celebrate her other hobby she plans to embrace more in retirement – gardening! We provided table decorations, games for all to enjoy, centerpieces sourced from a local florist with added past yearbook photos of the retiree, a photo backdrop made of old book pages, a welcome sign, personalized favors (jars of wildflower seeds), cupcakes, and disposable tableware.

RETIREMENT PAR-TEA

This retiree wanted a sophisticated, Kentucky Derby-esque high tea party to celebrate their retirement. They had vintage napkins they wanted to incorporate into the table settings, and of course we obliged. We provided decorations, plates, silverware, and tea cups and saucers for 10.

WEDDINGS

WEDDING AT DESTIHL

This couple chose to get married at the exact site of their first date – Desthil in Normal, IL! For this couple, we worked with the bride and groom to coordinate decorations for the reception, set up and tore down all decorations, coordinated the day to ensure the schedule ran smoothly, and DIYed some of the decorations to tailor them specifically to the couple’s vision of their special day.

A QUAINT WEDDING IN THE COUNTRY

This intimate gathering of loved ones was set in rural Illinois in a cozy church in the country. This couple had a small guest list, but big hearts for those they invited. We worked with the bride and groom to coordinate decorations for the church and reception, set up and tore down all decorations, coordinated the day to ensure the schedule ran smoothly, and DIYed many of the decorations to tailor them specifically to the couple’s vision of their special day. We also made their cutting cake!

ST. PATRICKS DAY WEDDING

This wedding was thrown on St. Patrick’s Day in Memphis, Tennessee. We made the decorations, the favors, a wedding gift for the bride and groom, and the bouquets.

TRAVEL THEMED WEDDING

This wedding was thrown for the same couple as the travel themed bridal shower. We provided center pieces, bouquets, travel themed décor (some from the bridal shower), and table cloths.

CAKES

CAKES THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED A LA CART

We also offer cakes a la cart! These are a few that we have done more recently – a wedding cake for just the bride and groom with fresh florals from the bride’s bouquet, assorted spring themed cupcakes (including some gluten free ones) for a work function, Letter Kenny inspired birthday cupcakes, 40th birthday cupcakes, a 30th birthday cake, and a Confirmation cake topped with macarons.
